Question 1

When will W2’s be sent out?

Answer

W-2 forms will be mailed out by the deadline of January 31. W-2’s will also be available through your Employee Portal. If you need help getting access to your profile please call our office at 801-487-3000.

How can I get another copy of my W2?

Answer

W2’s reprints will be available on February 1st. However, electronic copies will be available on the Employee Portal January 31st. Call our office or email payroll@integratedslc.com to receive a copy of your W2.

How long will it take to receive a W2 reprint?

Answer

Please allow our team 2-3 business days to fulfill your request.

Question 4

What if I moved and need to update my address?

Answer

Please call our office at 801-487-3000 or email us at payroll@integratedslc.com to update your address.

Question 5

I worked more than one company through Integrated this year, will I receive separate W-2 forms for each company?

Answer

No. You will receive one W-2 that includes the combined wages and taxes withheld.

Question 6

Are all days worked in December included in my current year’s W-2 form?

Answer

For tax reporting purposes, wages are reported when they are paid, rather than when they are earned. Any December days worked and not actually paid in that month are considered earnings in the next year.

What if I believe there are errors with my W-2?
