W-2 FAQ

W-2 forms will be mailed out by the deadline of January 31. W-2’s will also be available through your Employee Portal. If you need help getting access to your profile please call our office at 801-487-3000.

W2’s reprints will be available on February 1st. However, electronic copies will be available on the Employee Portal January 31st. Call our office or email payroll@integratedslc.com to receive a copy of your W2.

No. You will receive one W-2 that includes the combined wages and taxes withheld.

For tax reporting purposes, wages are reported when they are paid, rather than when they are earned. Any December days worked and not actually paid in that month are considered earnings in the next year.
